We want you to be happy with your purchase therefore we are offering a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee.  If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 7 days, from the receipt of the item, for a full refund excluding shipping charges. 

 

Defective item(s) will only be replaced.

 

You will need to contact United Auto Security customer service to obtain a Return Authorization. Please have your Reference Number (printed on your invoice) ready when calling. 

 

Returns procedure:

 

  • First call 1-914-461-3196 (Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm EST) to obtain a Return Authorization.
  • Wrap securely and ship the item(s) via UPS or USPS to the address provided by our customer service representative. 
  • Print your Return Authorization and return address clearly on the outside of the box for proper identification. 
  • Include a copy of the online sales receipt inside the box.
  • All merchandise must be returned in the original package, with all manuals, parts and accessories.

 

Upon receipt of your return, we will promptly exchange the defective item(s) with a similar one or refund you your money as per the 7 Day Money Back Guarantee.

 

Returns rules:

 

  • Returns sent COD or freight collect will not be accepted. 
  • Shipping Charges are not refundable. 
  • No refund will be given on any part that has been installed, modified, or is not in its original condition and packaging. 
  • We reserve the right to charge a handling and restocking fee of 15%.
  • Returned orders with items missing or damaged will be deducted from the credit.
